During the first journey of our 2-day Morocco discovery trip, we start from your accommodation in Fes. We meet and travel to visit the city of Ifrane. Also, it is known as the little Switzerland of Morocco due to its beauty and the huge amount of snow that it receives every year. Later, we have a scenic drive over the Middle Atlas Mountains; we enjoy the beautiful views along the way. Additionally, the road takes us to the Cedar Forest of Azrou, where there will be a chance to meet the Barbary macaques. Moreover, we move forwards to the city of Midelt, the capital of apples in Morocco. Free time for lunch. As we arrive at Ziz Valley, we stop by a gorgeous panoramic view.

In the afternoon, we travel through several Berber villages and observe the lovely Berber architecture along the way to the charming Sahara Desert. We arrive in Erfoud; the city is famous for its annual dates festival that takes place in October thanks to the large number of dates that the palm trees of the region offer every year.

Before the sun sets, we will be with your camel guide, experiencing a memorable camel ride through the Erg Chebbi and observing an enchanting sunset. Finally, we continue to our desert glamping, where you spend the night, have a delicious dinner, and join the locals while drumming and singing wonderful Berber music.

During our second and last journey of the Morocco Desert Tour, we highly recommend an early wake-up to witness a gorgeous sunrise. So enjoy your breakfast and start the tour from the desert to Fes. We leave the desert behind and travel to Rissani, where we stroll in a traditional market, meet friendly people, and dive into Moroccan culture as well as learn the large history of the Tafilalt. Then, we move through Erfoud again to visit a large fossilized marble shop. While making sure of seeing the important things, we drive directly to Fes, making some stops for coffee and impressive views to take fascinating photographs. Finally, we end our 2 days desert tour from Fes after dropping you off at your riad or at the airport.
