Meet at 8am and escape from the bustle of Marrakech as we head towards and over the high Atlas road pass of the Tizi-n-Tichka with far-reaching views over the mountains, valleys and Berber villages until we reach the UNESCO Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou for a special visit. Lunch in Ouarzazate “Route of the thousand kasbahs”. Continuing our journey through the Valley of the Roses where we’ll have a 15 minute stop in Et Kella M’Gouna, then continue to Boumalne Dades where we leave the main road to travel along the valley gorge passed hill-top kasbahs and the Tamnalt hills. Hotel in the gorge with evening meal and breakfast included.
9:00 am return along the gorge to Boumalne Dades and visiting Todra Gorges then on to Merzouga and the Erg Chebbi dunes with a break for lunch. Arrive at the edge of the Sahara to meet your desert guids. Camel trekking in the Sahara is the highlight of our Marrakech trips to the desert and here is an opportunity to experience the desert at the leisurely pace of a camel with an experienced desert guide. Sunset Erg Chebbi camel trek to a nomad tented desert camp inside the dunes are 1-2hrs and there are no facilities as water cannot be pumped here. The alternative is a camp or hotel at the dune line where facilities can be provided. Desert camp with evening meal and breakfast included.
Early morning departure to enjoy Sun rise on Sahara Desert, camel ride back to the hotel where the vehicle are parked. Breakfast and departure towards the Palm Plantation of Tafilalet passing Rissani, the old Alaouite Sahara capital by the ancient Alaouite Sultans. Road to Alnif where lunch is waiting. drive to N’kob via Tazzarine Oasis. Continuing heading Ouarzazate passing the impressive Draa Valley, Agdz Berber town andthe high passage of Ait Saoun at 1660 meters of altitude. Arrival at Ouarzazate around 6pm.over night at Hotel.
After breakfast we start our journey driving visit the Cinema Studios.After that we will have stop for lunch in the high Atlas Mountains, After midday we get to Marrakech passing the High Atlas and Tizi n’Tichka Pass stopo for the wiew tell we get Marrakech
